The Kimber Law Firm prides itself on providing its clients with quality legal services demanded by Fortune 500 companies, but at a lower cost.
Because of our approach, we can be flexible in our fee arrangements, which in turn will provide more predictability and control of a client’s legal costs. These alternative fee arrangements include flat fees, fixed fees, hybrid fixed hourly, and retainer agreements (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually)
We can do this for several reasons:
Focused specialization: We concentrate only in those areas where we have a wealth of practical experience and knowledge. This gives us focus, efficiency, and speed.
Our work is hands-on: We do your work ourselves. Unlike the big law firms, we do not engage teams of younger lawyers. Since we do not use younger lawyers, you do not pay for them; you don’t pay for their training, for their benefits, or for their lack of experience. In short, we simply work more efficiently than larger law firms.
No bureaucracy: Bureaucracies add to costs and delays. With no bureaucracy, we are able to analyze matters quickly and provide advice when it is needed so that you can act in a timely way.
Low Overhead: We do not have a high overhead. There are no plush offices, expensive art work hanging on the walls, or china and crystal to serve beverages, the cost that big law firms pass on to their clients by charging higher fees.
Nonetheless, you still can choose to be billed under the traditional hourly system. If you choose to be billed at an hourly rate, the exact fee will vary with the services you require, the complexity of legal questions, the time and labor involved, and the skill required to perform the legal services.
